1. Eligibility:

• Offer is valid for businesses located in Australia.
• Available to the first 10 clients who confirm their booking with a deposit.
• Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

2. Scope of Work:

• The $2,999 package includes the creation of 5 web pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, and one additional page).
• The website will be custom-designed, responsive (mobile/tablet), and include basic SEO setup 
• Social media integration and contact form integration are included.
• One round of revisions is included post-design submission. Additional revisions will incur extra fees.

3. Client Responsibilities:

• The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials (text content, images, branding assets, etc.) before the project begins if required*.
• The client must approve drafts promptly to maintain the project timeline.
• Failure to provide timely materials or approvals may result in delays and additional costs for the client.

4. Payment Terms:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to confirm your booking and begin work.
• The remaining balance of $1,499 is due before the website is launched.
• Any additional work or revisions beyond the scope of this offer will be billed at an hourly rate of AU$200.

5. Timeline:

• The website will be delivered within 7–10 business days from receiving all required materials and approvals.
• Delays in providing materials or approvals will result in an extended timeline.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration).

6. Revisions:

• One round of revisions is included in the package.
• Revisions beyond the initial round or changes in the project scope will incur additional charges.
• Please note that any requested changes that fall outside the original scope of work (e.g., additional pages, custom functionalities) will be quoted separately.

7. Exclusions:

• Hosting, domain registration, or advanced features (e.g., e-commerce, membership sites) are not included in this offer.
• Additional pages or custom features can be added for a separate fee.
• This offer does not cover ongoing maintenance or updates post-launch unless an extended support plan is purchased.

8. Cancellation Policy:

• The deposit is non-refundable once the project has started.
• If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be responsible for any work completed up to the cancellation point.
• Cancellations must be made in writing, and the client agrees to settle any outstanding fees for completed work.

9. Ownership:

• Upon full payment, the client will own the website and its contents.
• Credit to Creative Digital will remain in the footer unless the client requests removal, which may incur an additional fee.

10. Support:

• 7 days of post-launch support is included for minor adjustments and bug fixes.
• Support beyond the initial 7 days will be billed at a rate of $85 per hour.
• Extended support packages are available at an additional cost.

11. Limitations of Liability:

• We are not liable for any downtime, loss of business, or indirect losses resulting from the website’s performance, including issues arising from third-party plugins, hosting, or domains.
• We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic, or performance.

12. Efficiency Clauses:

• This offer is designed for basic websites. We reserve the right to implement streamlined processes and designs for efficiency.
• The project scope will be limited to the services outlined in this offer; any deviation or additional work will incur further charges.
• We reserve the right to use pre-designed templates or frameworks where applicable to ensure quick delivery and efficiency.

13. General Terms:

• By purchasing this offer, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time.
• The laws of the the Victorian and Australian governments govern this agreement.
